In this course you will be familiarized with outocomes of LoCloud project, which aim was it develop tools and services for small memory institutions, supporting the in making their collections available on-line. The course covers three main areas of LoCloud project activities: metadata and content hosting (realized through LoCloud Collections platform), metadata mapping and aggregation (realized through MINT and MORE services) and metadata enrichments (realized through a set of microservices).

Welcome to LoCloud project e-learning courses. This site is part of LoCloud Support Center dedicated to small memory institutions interested in making their collections available on-line on the internet and visible via Europeana.
LoCloud is a Best Practice Network of 31 partners, co-funded under the CIP ICT-PSP Programme of the European Commission. Its overall goal is to add to over 4 million digital resources from European cultural institutions to Europeana. Europeana is an on-line portal providing access to millions of digitised materials from European museums, libraries, archives and multimedia collections.
